Base Prices which include ONE subject ( this includes homes and cottages) :

11 X 14 $175
16 X 20 $250
For additional subjects, prices are as follows:
Adults + children over 2 years of age: $35 ea.
Animal: $25 ea.
Babies: $20 ea.
